I’m Dr. Molly Zale Oxman, a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping high-achieving individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, responsibility, and the pressure to keep everyone else happy.
Many of the people I work with are deeply capable, thoughtful, and caring. They’re often described as “strong,” “reliable,” or “the one who holds everything together.” Yet privately, they feel exhausted, anxious, and unsure how to stop overextending themselves without guilt.
I specialize in working with people-pleasing patterns, boundary burnout, and high-functioning anxiety, particularly with individuals college-aged and above. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), combined with a practical, compassionate style that helps clients create real change in their daily lives.
Therapy with me is collaborative, structured, and deeply respectful of your lived experience. We focus not only on understanding why certain patterns developed, but also on building skills that allow you to respond differently with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Together we will work to
Reduce chronic anxiety and overthinking
Build boundaries that align with your values, not fear or guilt
Develop emotional regulation skills that actually work in real-world situations
Shift from self-criticism to self-compassion
Strengthen relationships while honoring your needs
I believe therapy should feel both supportive and purposeful. You don’t need to be “fixed”. You need space, insight, and tools that help you live in a way that feels sustainable and authentic.
